Database Analyst - Anesthesiology

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Database Analyst in the Anesthesiology Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated processes for database infrastructure to support reporting across Department operations
• Modify database architecture to accommodate new data sources and expand existing data
• Train users on automated systems and assist in the design and maintenance of database applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, basic science, or a computer-related field; or a Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related Information Technology field may substitute for experience
• At least 2 years of experience working with large, complex relational databases
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including querying and maintaining relational databases
• Proficiency in Python and experience with EMR reporting databases, preferably Epic's Clarity and Caboodle
• Experience in project management methodologies
