DATABASE INTERN, RSA – OVERVIEW:

Elevate is looking for an individual to join our revenue strategy team. As our intern will support a variety of database projects, both internally at Elevate and externally with several high-profile clients, we are looking for someone who is obsessed with data organization and cleanliness. Our intern will primarily use Salesforce and Microsoft Excel, but will encounter other CRM systems and data tools, such as Hubspot and Tableau. This intern will be an integral part of our Revenue Strategy & Analytics team as we drive teams toward better and more data-informed decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
CRM ADMINISTRATION
• Preparation of large data files for import
• Correctly match data across multiple custom and standard objects, such as Opportunities to Campaigns or Contacts to Opportunities
• Use Workbench or Dataloader.io or Tableau to export lists for data maintenance
• Assist CRM team with pipeline management for multiple sales teams, ensuring rep pipelines are full and new leads can be deployed as needed
• Support data hygiene efforts in Salesforce by monitoring for duplicate Accounts and Contacts

A. Education and/or Experience
• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree
• Current class standing of a rising Junior, Senior, or graduate student who expects to graduate between May 206 and December 2027
• Previous professional experience is a plus but not required
• Previous experience with Salesforce a plus but not required

B. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Passionate about the sports industry and the sales process with an interest in exploring how the two come together as we enable sales teams with multiple global clients
• Strong organizational mind that is obsessed with categorizing data so it can be used most effectively
• Meticulous attention to detail, recognizing that their outputs will impact entire sales teams. Consistent, thorough approach to their work.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to tackle problems with a group
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

COMPENSATION:
The compensation for this role is $20.00 per hour. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in San Francisco, New York City, Charlotte, or Nashville. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
