Decision Science Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Decision Science.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performing team while managing projects independently
• Enable data-driven decisions through analysis, experimentation, and modeling
• Inspire and mentor decision scientists, while identifying opportunities to drive customer value

Required Qualifications:

• BS/BA in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Economics, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in decision science, business analytics, or related fields
• 2+ years of team management experience
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and data-driven product strategy
• Expertise in SQL and one analytics programming language (Python or R)
