Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-funnel lead processes, including lead capture, scoring, and qualification
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize campaign performance and ensure alignment across the customer journey
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in demand generation or digital/performance marketing
- Mastery of marketing automation platforms and CRMs
- Deep knowledge of attribution models and lead lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards and KPI tracking
- Understanding of the K-12 education buying cycle is preferred
