Job Summary
A company is looking for a Demand Management Analyst to facilitate the demand management process throughout the change lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing the demand process based on direction and prioritization criteria from the Demand Manager
- Collaborate with the Demand Manager and software development team to ensure timely completion of scheduled and escalated work
- Participate in demand prioritization discussions and review metrics on demand fulfillment and backlog management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting, or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience
- Good working knowledge of the ServiceNow and Jira platforms
- Understanding of ITSM processes, particularly Change Management
- Preferred ITIL Certification and Six Sigma certification
- Experience in an Agile work environment is a plus
