Demand Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Demand Planner to support their team in demand forecasting and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for products and promotional events
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to incorporate insights into demand forecasts
• Analyze historical sales data to improve forecast accuracy and provide regular performance reports

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in demand forecasting or a related role, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience using Excel or similar tools for forecasting
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with diverse teams
• Strong focus on detail and accuracy in delivering high-quality results under deadlines
• Ability to analyze trends and recommend proactive solutions
