Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deputy Task Order Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing and scheduling employees and various programs/projects
  • Administer task orders issued by FAA customers, ensuring proper completion and budget adherence
  • Prepare task order proposals, business plans, and coordinate employee recruitment and training
Required Qualifications
  • BS degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical) and 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Primavera Project Scheduling Software for monitoring engineering projects
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills using EXCEL and Tableau
  • Intermediate knowledge of Knowledge Sharing Network (KSN)/SharePoint
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
