Job Summary
A company is looking for a Deputy Task Order Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and scheduling employees and various programs/projects
- Administer task orders issued by FAA customers, ensuring proper completion and budget adherence
- Prepare task order proposals, business plans, and coordinate employee recruitment and training
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical) and 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with Primavera Project Scheduling Software for monitoring engineering projects
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills using EXCEL and Tableau
- Intermediate knowledge of Knowledge Sharing Network (KSN)/SharePoint
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
