Design Adaptation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Adaptation Specialist 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high-quality artwork
• Learn and execute artwork for legal and regulatory compliance
• Deliver production-ready files, following provided technical specifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Graphic Design or Fine Arts preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in Design Adaptation, Production Art, or Graphic Design, preferably within the consumer packaging industry
• Basic understanding of packaging production, including print processes and artwork requirements
• Proficient using Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain design consistency
