Design Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Coordinator (LATAM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project intake and tracking in ClickUp/Notion, ensuring tasks are logged and monitored
• Maintain timelines and escalate delays to keep projects on schedule
• Conduct e-commerce audits of product detail pages (PDPs) and coordinate listing enhancements

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative support roles
• Proficiency in G Suite or Microsoft Office tools for communication and task management
• Experience using ClickUp or similar project management tools
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon Seller Central or Shopify
• Background or interest in design or visual arts is a strong advantage
