Design Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Lead to own the UX and visual direction of their Brand Experience platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the UX vision for the BEx portal, focusing on usability and engagement
• Design dashboards, workflows, and visualizations to make complex data actionable
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and iterate quickly

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years in product or UX design, with at least 2 years in a lead role
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex B2B platforms or data dashboards
• Fluency with Figma, prototyping, and design systems
• Experience with analytics tools, enterprise platforms, or AI-integrated products is a bonus
