Job Summary

A company is looking for a Design Operations Coordinator (Interior Design).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage quotations and procurement processes for office furniture, ensuring pricing accuracy and alignment with project budgets
  • Maintain project documentation and schedules, facilitating communication among stakeholders
  • Assist in material takeoffs and coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure project goals are met


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in project support or coordination within a commercial interior design firm
  • Strong familiarity with US commercial office furniture manufacturers and their product lines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills
  • Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and budgeting
