Job Summary
A company is looking for a Design Operations Coordinator (Interior Design).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage quotations and procurement processes for office furniture, ensuring pricing accuracy and alignment with project budgets
- Maintain project documentation and schedules, facilitating communication among stakeholders
- Assist in material takeoffs and coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure project goals are met
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project support or coordination within a commercial interior design firm
- Strong familiarity with US commercial office furniture manufacturers and their product lines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and budgeting
