Job Summary

A company is looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join their IT support team in Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues for local and remote end-users
  • Administer and troubleshoot Jira and Okta, including user management and access controls
  • Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and provide user training and documentation
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in a desktop support role with strong troubleshooting skills
  • Hands-on experience with Jira for issue tracking and project management
  • Experience with Okta for user provisioning and authentication
  • Strong knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for both iOS and Android platforms
