A company is looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to provide technical support for end-users in a hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues for local and remote end-users
- Manage and support Jira and Okta user access, troubleshooting related issues as needed
- Administer Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, ensuring secure device management and compliance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in a desktop support role with strong troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on experience with Jira for issue tracking and project management
- Experience with Okta for user provisioning and authentication
- Strong knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for both iOS and Android platforms
