Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
- Execute OS migrations and utilize imaging tools for system setups
- Manage and support enterprise applications and remote desktop tools
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of desktop support experience in a large enterprise setting
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Experience with OS migrations and proficiency in imaging tools
- Familiarity with Intune, OneDrive, and BitLocker
- Preferred certifications include CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
