A company is looking for a Developer Success Engineer to enhance developer experience and provide technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support to developers, including implementation guidance and architectural consultations
• Collaborate on product development and build internal tools to improve support operations
• Contribute to technical documentation and investigate product bugs in collaboration with the engineering team

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript development
• Extensive experience with React and Next.js
• Practical experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP
• Ability to understand and debug complex technical issues
