Job Summary
A company is looking for a Developer Support Engineer to join their Developer Support Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve developer- and admin-related support cases involving scripting, automation, API, OAuth/SSO, and third-party integrations
- Collaborate with senior engineers to triage high-complexity cases and develop solutions for ambiguous technical issues
- Maintain internal documentation and reusable support content to enhance the resolution of recurring issues
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in advanced technical support, developer relations, or a similar customer-facing role
- Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, OAuth flows, and JSON
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging workflows using relevant tools
- Eagerness to grow expertise in enterprise admin tooling and developer surfaces
- Proactive in identifying gaps in documentation and internal processes
