Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee offshore software development resources and projects, ensuring productivity and quality
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Provide leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering a collaborative environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in leadership roles
• Experience with .NET, SQL, Angular, and enterprise applications within Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, branching strategies, and pipelines
• Ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones
