A company is looking for an Associate, Development Operations (Accounting Liaison).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and tracking department expenses and organize contracts
- Collaborate with the accounting department to record donations and maintain donation trackers
- Provide administrative support and generate fundraising reports for department leadership
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in data entry, invoice and payment processing, and reconciliations
- Experience with spreadsheet software; knowledge of pivot tables is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Suite for nonprofit use
- Commitment to the mission of the organization
- Ability to work with multiple deadlines in a remote environment
