Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and creative Digital Content Writer to craft high-quality, digital-first content for a major healthcare organization. This role is ideal for a skilled communicator who can create clear, compelling, and action-oriented content for a variety of audiences—including patients, caregivers, and the general public. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply UX principles, and use data insights to optimize content for engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Write and edit digital content for multiple audience types, including patients and caregivers.
• Develop high-intent copy such as headlines, display text, and calls to action to drive user engagement and conversions.
• Lead A/B testing for copy and apply learnings to continuously improve performance.
• Support projects involving new content design templates and digital experiences.
• Leverage analytics and data insights to inform content strategy and copy decisions.
• Collaborate with UX, design, and strategy teams to solve content and user experience challenges.
• Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and site architecture strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 5–7 years of experience writing and editing digital content, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
• Proven expertise in UX writing, content testing, and performance analysis.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and its integration into digital content and navigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of visual design principles and how content enhances design.
• Highly collaborative with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Drupal, Figma, and Airtable is preferred.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in healthcare or writing for healthcare-related topics is a strong plus.
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.
