Key Responsibilities
- Manage and renew existing customer contracts through digital and direct engagement
- Handle outbound communication to confirm renewals and inbound requests for quotes and documentation
- Collaborate with internal partners to drive customer success and achieve renewal goals
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS business
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting SaaS technologies within education
- Knowledge of Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Passionate about a career in education
