Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage engaging email journeys and content for the customer lifecycle
- Lead the strategy and implementation of an online Customer Community to enhance customer engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of content with business goals and product updates
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in content creation, digital engagement, or customer success roles, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Experience managing or launching online communities or forums
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle communication and digital engagement strategies
- Familiarity with customer success platforms such as Gainsight or HubSpot
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
