Key Responsibilities
- Manage and renew existing customer contracts through digital and direct engagement
- Handle outbound and inbound customer communications, including processing quotes and requests
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve renewal goals and maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS business
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience supporting SaaS technologies within the education sector
- Knowledge of Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Proactive communication skills via phone and video chat
