Key Responsibilities
- Interact with guests via digital channels to ensure a great guest experience
- Assess guests' needs to provide personalized purchase experiences and technical product education
- Facilitate seamless guest transactions and maintain knowledge of company policies and programs
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
- Contact center or internal experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
