Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, CRM, or Customer Experience management, preferably in healthcare
- Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CDP
- Strong data analysis skills to drive insights and optimize campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven track record of leading successful CRM initiatives that enhance patient engagement and retention
