Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other key channels
- Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and continuously improve campaign ROI
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creative and landing pages
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on performance and lead generation
- Proven track record managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Strong grasp of paid media strategy, keyword planning, and audience segmentation
- Experience with conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel analysis
- Familiarity with HubSpot for workflows, forms, and automation (strong plus)
