Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the global digital marketing strategy, including campaigns, SEO/SEM, and website management
- Optimize the corporate website for user experience, SEO, and lead generation
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in the CRO/CDMO, biotech, or life sciences sector
- Proven experience in B2B digital campaign management and lead generation
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, WordPress, and email marketing platforms
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools
