Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-volume digital ads across various platforms while ensuring alignment with performance marketing best practices
- Develop motion and static creative assets using tools such as Adobe After Effects, Figma, and Illustrator
- Ideate and present creative concepts to clients, incorporating feedback and ensuring quality assurance on deliverables
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in digital advertising, with a preference for performance marketing experience
- 2+ years of experience in an agency environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative digital ad concepts and performance-driven design solutions
- Expert-level proficiency in motion design and digital production tools
- Deep knowledge of performance-focused ad design for paid media channels
