Key Responsibilities
- Complete HR related business process transactions including data entry for new hires, job changes, transfers, and terminations
- Perform routine audits and checks of data to ensure accuracy and implement necessary corrections
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to gather requirements and implement process changes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, related field, or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of related experience
- Knowledge of HR systems, preferably Workday
