Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Budgets & Contracts to oversee financial management for multiple programs within a nonprofit organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage budgets for all programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and funder requirements
- Oversee claims management and ensure timely submission of reimbursement requests to funders
- Review and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and organizational policies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in budget management, financial analysis, or contract administration in a nonprofit or social services environment
- Extensive knowledge of NYS, NYC, and County grant management processes and compliance requirements
- Experience working with County Grants, specifically in Suffolk/Nassau County
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
