Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Budgets & Contracts to oversee financial management for multiple programs within a nonprofit organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage budgets for all programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and funder requirements
  • Oversee claims management and ensure timely submission of reimbursement requests to funders
  • Review and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and organizational policies
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in budget management, financial analysis, or contract administration in a nonprofit or social services environment
  • Extensive knowledge of NYS, NYC, and County grant management processes and compliance requirements
  • Experience working with County Grants, specifically in Suffolk/Nassau County
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
