Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing business development team, including performance evaluations and coaching

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field
• Minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience, including 10 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in sales and business development within the life sciences industry
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
