Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Insights to lead their data-driven Business Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve the reporting infrastructure for increased automation and usability
• Collaborate with teams to create scalable executive reporting templates and support strategic customer conversations
• Manage and develop a team focused on forecasting, reporting, and delivering insights

Required Qualifications

• Proven expertise in data science and experience in client-facing advisory roles
• Strong background in SaaS, retail, data sales, or consumer insights
• Experience in BI, data infrastructure, RevOps, or Sales Ops
• People management experience leading high-performing, cross-functional teams
• Technical proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau
