- Leadership experience in Alzheimer's disease, dementia, brain health, or geriatric care
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic organizations
- Experience with care coordination technology, EHRs, and telehealth platforms
- Strong operational mindset focusing on workflows, metrics, and systems
