Director of Clinical Sciences

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Sciences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead clinical science efforts on cross-functional development teams for rare disease programs in epilepsy or related CNS conditions
• Collaborate with various departments to design and execute clinical trials, including natural history studies and interventional trials
• Oversee the development of outcome measures and contribute to clinical study documentation and regulatory submissions

Required Qualifications

• PhD in Clinical Psychology, Neuropsychology, or a related field with 7-10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of rare CNS/epilepsy/neurodevelopmental disorder indications
• Expertise in neuropsychological testing and patient-reported outcomes, especially in pediatric populations
• Experience in clinical trial design and execution, with knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines
• Ability to interpret complex data and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
