Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in contract management or legal operations
- Proven experience in implementing contract systems or CLM platforms
- Strong knowledge of employment agreements and commercial contracts
- Excellent redlining and negotiation skills
- Experience in a scaling organization or private equity-backed company preferred
