Key Responsibilities
- Identify and solve Customer Relationship Management related issues
- Lead teams to manage projects providing innovative digital CRM solutions
- Provide strategic direction for the overall CRM program and drive innovation initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or related fields
- Master's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- Understanding of international Healthcare business
- 7+ years of experience in innovation processes and leading cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with large commercial CRM platforms
