Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in customer education, enablement, or learning design roles, preferably in SaaS
- Experience building and scaling education programs for accounting professionals
- Proven track record of utilizing AI tools for content creation and delivery
- People leadership experience, including coaching remote teams
- Strong instructional design skills and familiarity with learning systems
