Key Responsibilities
- Create and lead a strategic Voice of the Customer program that drives value and actionable recommendations
- Nurture collaborative relationships with stakeholders to shape product and business strategy
- Develop and implement customer feedback loops to consistently measure and act on customer insights
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in an analytical function such as Customer/User Insights or Voice of the Customer
- Strong data reporting and analytics skills, including proficiency in SQL
- Experience conducting customer research and synthesizing product insights
- Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams to address complex customer challenges
- Ability to convey complex topics in simple, engaging formats
