Key Responsibilities
- Own ongoing operations within customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and success
- Lead and mentor the Customer Success team to deliver exceptional service and achieve customer goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and implement best practices
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of relevant experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing P&L ownership and leading customer success efforts in healthcare technology
- Strong player-coach mindset with the ability to mentor a team while managing key accounts
- Deep understanding of customer success principles and experience managing complex customer accounts
- Solid understanding of AI-driven healthcare platforms and experience with CRM and success management tools
