Director of DevOps

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of DevOps to lead and scale high-performing engineering teams in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire and mentor engineering talent while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Design and maintain secure cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure, implementing CI/CD and automation practices
• Embed DevSecOps principles and ensure compliance with security standards across infrastructure and deployment workflows

Qualifications

• 10+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Experience managing Azure-based infrastructure in security-critical environments
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management and secure authentication protocols
• Expertise in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and containerization technologies
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to identity and data security
