Key Responsibilities
- Define customer engagement models and adoption best practices for the product suite
- Manage and develop a high-performing team to drive product adoption and achieve KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and reduce churn
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success or related fields, with 4+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in leading teams within multi-product SAAS environments
- Strong understanding of customer success methodologies and user adoption best practices
- K12, Government, or Public sector experience required
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus
