Director of Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering for the Terraform Provider Ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ecosystem strategy and innovation by partnering with Product Management and Design
• Build organizational excellence through shared processes and strategies across provider teams
• Advocate and connect across the organization, translating technical complexity into business context

Required Qualifications

• Director-level organizational leadership experience
• Community leadership experience in Open Source projects or as a community organizer
• Stakeholder management expertise across product, engineering, and business functions
• Process and scaling experience, including breaking down silos and developing shared tools
• Technical credibility to represent complex technical work at a business level
