Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Enterprise Sales and Account Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of enterprise sales managers and account managers, establishing sales and retention targets
- Drive acquisition of new enterprise accounts and manage key strategic customers for expansion and renewals
- Use data and market insights to inform strategic decisions and ensure effective onboarding and relationship management for enterprise accounts
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of sales and/or account management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record in managing enterprise sales teams and scaling revenue in a food service distribution or food technology environment
- Experience in the coffee and cafe vertical is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with enterprise CRM, Slack, Excel, and Google Suite
- Strong executive presence with experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced organization
