Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Enterprise Sales to join their high-growth SaaS organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Sales Executives, setting goals and ensuring performance
- Own sales execution, forecasting, and conduct pipeline reviews and deal strategy sessions
- Onboard and train new hires while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B software sales experience, with 3+ years in a sales leadership role
- Proven ability to lead and grow successful enterprise sales teams in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Deep understanding of ITSM, iPaaS, and/or enterprise software ecosystems is preferred
- Demonstrated success in complex sales cycles, including C-suite engagement
- Strong forecasting, CRM, and pipeline management skills, preferably with Salesforce experience
