Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Enterprise Systems to lead ERP strategy and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide vision and leadership for enterprise systems, focusing on the Epicor Solar Eclipse ERP platform
• Lead and mentor a team of ERP Analysts, Trainers, and Support personnel
• Manage ERP-related projects, ensuring system enhancements and process improvements across departments

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP experience, with 4+ years in a leadership or strategic role
• Expertise with Epicor Solar Eclipse is required
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and complex system implementations
• Experience in the distribution, electrical supply, or manufacturing industries is a plus
