Director of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee strategic financial planning processes, including long-term models, budgets, and forecasts
• Conduct financial analysis to assess performance, identify trends, and prepare reports for management
• Lead the budgeting process, monitor adherence, and provide recommendations for cost optimization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience in managing budgets and financial forecasting
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics is a plus
• Experience in Adaptive Planning preferred
