Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration to a unified React Native platform across mobile and web
• Architect frontend systems for AI-driven features and collaborate with various teams to embed AI in workflows
• Build and lead a team of engineers while managing healthcare compliance and governance regulations

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in frontend engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Hands-on expertise in React Native, React, and TypeScript
• Experience with native iOS and/or Android development
• Strong product instincts with a focus on delivering AI-enhanced experiences
• Familiarity with backend webserver frameworks like Django or Flask
