Key Responsibilities
- Lead the pre and post grant award processes, ensuring compliance and financial accountability
- Oversee the development and implementation of standards and policies for programmatic and research goals
- Supervise and coach a diverse team of grant professionals while collaborating with leadership to identify funding opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of ten years of leadership experience in grants administration, with at least five years in a supervisory role
- Experience working with government, corporate, and foundation funders
- Understanding of proposal elements, including needs assessments and budget narratives
- Knowledge of federal, state, and funder regulations, including Uniform Guidance
