Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Commercial Healthcare Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership to implement operational plans aligned with strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management or a related role
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams while driving change
• Capability to develop strategic plans and align operational strategies with business goals
• Experience in project management and managing multiple projects simultaneously
