Director of Infrastructure Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Commerce Programs, Infrastructure and Engineering Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct enterprise infrastructure engineering design and implementation for operational scalability
• Oversee daily operations across data centers to ensure service availability and incident resolution
• Implement and manage automation and monitoring frameworks for proactive infrastructure management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure operations or related IT leadership roles
• Demonstrated experience managing hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments
• Expertise in operational management of critical IT services, including server, storage, and networking
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
