Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Instructional Design to create impactful digital teaching and learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver flexible, accessible, and engaging digital content in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Lead hiring efforts and mentor a team focused on creating effective learning experiences that drive outcomes
• Implement data-driven metrics to evaluate and improve the effectiveness and quality of learning content

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in education, instructional design, or related field preferred
• 7+ years in product development, with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Experience managing vendors and third-party relationships
• Ed tech experience preferred, with knowledge of content management and learning management tools
• Familiarity with agile development environments
